The Client

LPP LITHUANIA is a division of the LPP SA Group, one of the largest international clothing retailers with a presence in over 39 countries and more than 2000 stores worldwide. LPP LITHUANIA has been serving the market for over two decades and is the home to five renowned brands - Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay. It boasts an extensive network of stores across 9 cities in Lithuania.

The Problem

In a rapidly evolving consumer landscape, it's essential to connect with your audience in a meaningful and memorable way, whether in the digital realm or physical retail spaces. With this in mind, LPP LITHUANIA aimed to enhance the visitor experience during the opening of the new Sinsay store in the Nordika shopping center by leveraging modern, interactive tools. The company enlisted specialists from Indeform Interactive to develop a Wheel of Fortune program integrated into an interactive stand, to increase visitor engagement.

The Solution

In collaboration with the client, we designed an interactive Wheel of Fortune with a brand-specific design that reflects the brand's identity and values. We integrated key brand elements to ensure the design and functionality met the client's needs. The interactive Wheel of Fortune was designed to ensure seamless consumer interaction, encouraging active participation and providing a unique, interactive shopping experience.

The system for the interactive solution allows for independent adjustment of the text and visual information displayed in the Wheel of Fortune, without the need for technical intervention. This provides an exceptional opportunity to adapt and update the list of prizes or special offers given. All of this increases the solution's flexibility and enables a quick response to changes in the situation, thus ensuring the timeliness and relevance of the content.

The interactive Wheel of Fortune attracted over 350 active users during the one-day event and successfully captured visitors' attention. The personalized shopping experience ensured that visitors could take advantage of an offer - a discount on goods or a gift - that had been created in the Wheel of Fortune.
